โœ… Written consent lena mandatory hai, aur night shift me kam se kam 5 women ka batch hona chahiye

โœ… Maternity Benefit Act & doosre related laws ka full compliance

โœ… Workplace safe ho, aur agar 10+ women kaam kar rahi hain toh entry/exit par women guards zaroor hone chahiye

โœ… Proper sanitation + CCTV surveillance hona chahiye

โœ… Full compliance with POSH Act for workplace harassment prevention

โœ… Workplace aur passages well-lit + CCTV + sanitation facilities

โœ… Entry/exit par women guards, aur lodging areas me wardens/supervisors (female)

โœ… Night shift supervisory team me 1/3rd staff women honi chahiye

โœ… Minimum 12 hours rest between 2 shifts

โœ… Full compliance with POSH Act
